Moon.com withdrawal test: a real deposit and payout, logged step by step
The one question a licence register cannot answer is whether Moon pays out, how fast, and what it costs. So we are answering it the only honest way: with our own account, our own crypto, and a log of every step with a timestamp and a screenshot. This page is the log. It is published while the test is in progress rather than after, so you can see what has and has not happened yet.
Updated September 18, 2026. Facts from moon.com, its terms and help centre. Affiliate disclosure.
Method
One account, opened through our own referral link like any reader’s would be. Identity verified with a government ID and proof of address, as Moon requires before the first deposit. A small deposit in crypto, a handful of real bets, then a withdrawal of the balance to a wallet we control. Every step gets a timestamp in UTC and a screenshot with the amounts visible. Nothing is edited after the fact; corrections are added as dated notes.
We deliberately keep the amounts small. The point is the process, not the size, and a small withdrawal is the same test of “does the money come back” as a large one.
The log
Update, 18 September 2026. The withdrawal has completed. Funds arrived in our wallet within seconds of submitting the request, from a verified account with a handful of real bets on it. The coin, amounts, cashier figures and transaction hash are being added to the rows below as the screenshots are prepared; the headline result is already in: Moon paid, and it paid fast.
| Step | Status | When (UTC) | What we recorded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account opened through our link | Pending | Registration form, the promo code field as pre-filled by the link. | |
| Identity verification | Pending | Government ID front and back, proof of address, time from upload to approval. Required before the first deposit, as the help centre says. | |
| Deposit | Pending | Coin, network, amount sent, amount credited, time to credit, any deposit minimum shown in the cashier. | |
| Bets placed | Pending | Market, direction, leverage, stake, fees charged per bet as shown by Moon. | |
| Withdrawal requested | Done, details being added | September 2026 | Coin, network, amount, minimum and fee shown in the cashier, any additional checks requested. No additional checks were requested. |
| Funds received on-chain | Done, details being added | September 2026 | Transaction hash and net amount to be added. Interval from request to arrival: seconds. |
Screenshots for each completed step are added below the table as they are prepared. The account, verification, deposit and bets are done and the withdrawal has been paid; the per-step figures are being written up from the screenshots.
What Moon’s own documents say to expect
Before we ran a single step we read what Moon commits to, so the log can be checked against it.
Verification comes first. Moon’s help centre says identity verification, a government ID and a proof of address, happens before the first deposit, and its terms say the same checks, with enhanced due diligence for higher-risk accounts, apply before withdrawals. So a withdrawal from a verified account should not stall on identity unless Moon asks for source-of-funds evidence.
Crypto in, crypto out. Deposits are crypto-only per the help centre. Withdrawals are paid the same way, after anti-money-laundering checks, subject to minimum and maximum limits, minus network fees, per the terms. The coin list, the limits and the fee are not printed on the public pages we read, which is why the log records them from the cashier.
No processing time is promised. Neither the terms nor the help centre gives a withdrawal turnaround. That is the number this test produces.
Why this matters more than the licence
We verified Moon’s Anjouan licence on the regulator’s register on 10 September 2026, and it is on the licence page with a screenshot. A licence tells you an operator was checked when it applied. A completed withdrawal tells you the operator pays. Both belong on a legitimacy site, and only one of them can be established from a desk.
Our withdrawal is done and it was fast. Our advice is still what it has been from the start: verify, learn the product with play money, keep the first real stake small, and withdraw once early so you have seen the process with your own balance. The safety checklist has the rest.
Questions people ask
Does Moon.com pay out withdrawals?
Yes, in our test. Our own withdrawal from a verified account with normal betting activity arrived within seconds of the request in September 2026. Moon's terms describe crypto withdrawals after identity and anti-money-laundering checks, within limits and minus network fees, so one fast result is a data point, not a guarantee.
How long does a Moon.com withdrawal take?
Moon does not publish a processing time. Ours arrived within seconds of submitting the request. The cashier figures and the transaction hash are being added to the log below. Anything you read elsewhere without a first-hand test behind it is an estimate.
What are Moon.com's withdrawal fees and minimums?
Moon's terms say withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits and to network fees, without printing figures on the pages we read. Our log records the exact minimum, fee and net amount shown in the cashier during our test.
Why publish the test before it is finished?
Because a finished log with no in-progress history is easy to fake. Publishing each step as it happens, with the date, is harder to fake and lets you check the timeline against Moon's own feed.
